ACT1 Federal Awarded a Defense Contract to Support Arctic and Indo-Pacific Security Studies
ACT1 will provide program support, curriculum development, research, and technical services in support of two Department of War regional security studies centers.
ARLINGTON, Va. — 6 October 2026 — ACT1 Federal LLC (ACT1), a 100% employee-owned company, announced that it has been awarded a nearly $12 million contract to provide support services to the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies (TSC) and the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS).
ACT1 will provide integrated program support, curriculum and course development, instructional facilitation, research and analysis, and event coordination for courses, workshops, forums and research projects. The work also includes multimedia, graphic design, website and information technology support.
These services support the centers’ missions of advancing regional security education, developing informed defense and security practitioners, strengthening international partnerships, and addressing emerging security challenges in the Arctic and Indo-Pacific regions.
